I have discovered a very interesting website run by Peter Thompson in which he answers questions about food combining. It is all based around the Hay system but he has a very open and no nonsence approach which is very refreshing.

Hi Kerstina. Yes, it looks as if the biogenic diet is a version of food combining. The Hay diet is possibly the oldest and original version.

Thanks - will have to check out this site. Also this thread reminded me, I have the biogenic book - was gungho to try it about a year back long before I`d heard about the FC. Will have to read side by side with Fit For Life at some point as I`m integrating these principles more into my long-term lifestyle.
