I follow a British programme called 'Slimming World'. it is one of these with weekly meetings. You have red days (which are protein) and green days (which are carbs) and it is up to you what proportion you do of each one. I do mostly red days. You can also have individual red dand green meals in one day of you want. In the past I have done Montiac's which is very similar. I think they are all loosely based on the Hay diet.
It seems to be working for me.
