working out my way to a size 9

well............here we go. I'm going to start taking charge of my fitness goals. I make so many goals that have to do with excersice but never get around to starting them. So...today is the day. I'll be back this evening to log in my results

Ok, so I didn't exactly excersice the way I wanted to yesturday but I got some activity in. I did alot of cleaning inthe house and did the grocery shopping. I know....doesn't seem like much. I'll do a video today.
