I love this thread!

10 pounds down since the 2nd. I am already using way less of my inhaler (have had chronic asthma all my life) and as of this morning, the bra extender has been removed. I can also climb the stairs at home without becoming desperately breathless.

That's Fantastic, Susan!

I know that feeling of not feeling like you can breathe easily. When it starts to improve, it's like a whole new wonderful world! Congratulations!!

Thank you, Sissy! And, regarding your tag line, I am in the same boat. While I do upgrade to first class, I don't want to have to ask for a belt extender like I did last September.

Lovely inspiring thread. What do I love about my weightloss so far --

My sleep apnea machine is no longer attached to my head everynight while I sleep. I can now usually lie on my back without suffocating the rest of my body with the weight that lies on top. I can bend down and pick things up off the floor again and also reach my feet. I am currently learning steps again and I love having slim ankles -- the list is huge and cringeworthy when I look at it now -- my journey is 11 months so far and I wouldn't change a thing.

Walking light lightly feeling my smaller body & clothes in a soft breeze
Enjoying the lightnesses
(is that a word? lol)

And onward I go in my journey
love this thread

Having lost 152 lbs in 7 1/2 months it is like revisiting past times in my work life, over the years I have out grew tons of dress clothing as I gained weight but luckily I saved most of the stuff over the years, currently wearing stuff I have not worn in roughly 23-25 years. so in a round about way I am saving money because I don't have to buy new cloths since I have a large cache put on a belt today that I have not worn in more than 25 years, I even wore it in High School, albeit I barely fit it around me but it fit!!!!! which is amazing
