Default Nuts?

Hi guys,

I have been LCing for a while now, but lately I started adding many more nuts into my diet after finding out they are pretty low carb (I was tired of so much meat). Since doing that, I find my blood circulation is not always so good and I am not sure if lots of nuts is healthy. I figured it's primarily monounsaturated fat (which is good). Is it bad to eat lots of nuts? I can go through like 100g of nuts a day

Nuts are good. They are my main snack.

What do you mean by "my blood circulation is not always so good"?

Nuts are supposed to be very healthy for your heart and arteries.

Chocolate is being found to improve blood flow. Try adding more to your diet?

Add chocolate? Ru kidding? Hardly a low carb treat. Unless u have just a small amount of like 85% cocoa or something.

It turns out my circulation problems were from very low blood pressure, not CAD or anything. Thanks!
