Default Landed in Onederland this morning
Mainly due to being dehydrated but it was nice to see a sub 200 reading on the scale. Its funny but I went right for the 2nd scale for conformation, did not believe I could go down 9# in a day. Was really feeling stuck/stalled for the last several days, but a huge 1 day drop put me past the mark, I did feel like crap this morning. I'm sure to be back over 200 tomorrow, but just seeing the reading was good news.
