Question I Have a Question About Fiber

Hello To All: Usually I lurk but this time I have a fiber question.
How much of the fiber in this configuration can I subtract? This is a fabulous product which I get from Home Shopping Network which really "gets the job done". I just want to make certain I am counting my carbs correctly. Here it is:

Daily Inner Cleanse

Calories: 33
Total Carbs: 9g
Dietary Fiber 4.6
Soluble Fiber 2.8
Insoluble Fiber1.8
Sugars 7.5

Needless to say I am cautious because if I take this a couple of time daily the carbs could spike up. Thanks so much for your feedback.

There's your cuplprit. Assuming there's no protein or fat in your product, 33 calories / 4 = 8.25g of carbs.

Thanks Natruska. I was afraid that what you are saying is true. Maybe the stuff works great but is too high a price to pay.

Suze, why not try psyllium or flaxseeds? They even make a SF metamucil these days, sweetened with Splenda, I believe.
