I am so happy! This morning I made cherry walnut myself. So versatile.

Aw - "boring" can be delicious though...when working I have a lunch I just eat daily because it works for me.
Today: Made my decaf/HC into a Mexican Mocha-ish drink by sprinkling cinnamon, cocoa and cayenne with a tiny sprinkle of Stevia in the Raw into it.

YUM!! Do you crush your pork rinds super fine? How big do you make the pancakes? Mine were pretty thick and had the consistency of KFC extra crispy breading.

Fasting today but yesterday I made some thing from last grocery haul of eggs, beef and pork (large bulk quantities) - I butchered the pork shoulder (skinned and boned and made other stuff with that (bone)) and this morning i thought i'd lightly sear the port and put in on some of the eggs made flat - added some sour cream, salt and hot sauce - and coup de gras cracklins' from the fat from the large beef brisket I processes as well in the good ole Insta-pot.

Great way to Break-Fast:

Boy does that sound good!

Today I went to Starbucks drive-thru... it is not near where I live so did it with other errands. I managed to get it completely SF w/almond milk/decaf. This won't be a habit, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Another experimental Somersize carbo breakfast - the oatmeal reminded me that I cannot eat it. I've been off wheat, rice, most grains but wanted to see if steel cut oats would be ok - they were not. A lot of joint pain. I am trying the lesser evil things like quinoa, wild rice, couscous...and best to experiement on my days off.
Today I had a cup of quinoa with salt, decaf/coconut milk

Funny you should mention oats and joint pain. I had the same issue. I started working oatmeal into my diet, and my knee started killing me. I stopped, and it gradually got better. It's fine now.

This morning I had a cup of herb tea and some canned French style green beans tossed in mayo, and I also made two fried eggs covered with a slice of sharp cheddar cheese. After eating the green beans, I took two bites of my cheese-egg and was full. I put it away for later.

I had the same pain with quinoa and actually felt a little ill... so no more of that! Amazing, isn't it?

today: Kristine's Breakfast "sandwiches" 2 fried eggs with sausage and sharp cheddar in the middle. Decaf/HC
