Choosing a rare Somersize carbo meal this AM, halved pink grapefruit and Lemon Ginseng Green Tea; waiting 20 min then a bowl of quinoa w/a little salt. I'll wait 3 hours after that before switching to proteins/fats for the rest of the day. I don't do these carbo meals too often, just not convenient to get a little hungry if I am working. ** rats. Just went to make the quinoa and saw that I mistakenly picked up a flavored blend with all kinds of crap and brown rice in it. I'll put it in the food pantry box at work. I'll probably make a MIM later.

Irish coffee (not working for 3 weeks...) sweetener and a splash of Jameson's, chunks of Aged Irish Cheddar from Aldi's - this is as good as Kerrygold, and less expensive. Kerrygold Skellig is THE BEST, though... I am having a St Pat's re-do today since the knee was so bad yesterday I couldn't stand to do the cooking. Better today.
