Made a Mexican scramble with leftover egg yolks, green onions, tomato, green pepper and cheddar cheese. Cumin, chipotle, paprika, black pepper, oregano, cayenne, a little salt. Topped with sour cream and salsa Decaf/HC

I was too rushed to cook, so I had the frozen Atkins cheese omelet, nuked. It was really delicious. Sliced a tomato, along with low carb toast I had already made. So good.

It was 11AM, but I still call it breakfast. Eggs scrambled in butter and a sausage patty, black coffee. Heaven on earth.

Eggs with sautéed mushrooms and a small dollop of Kalamata olive and cream cheese dip (homemade, just those two ingredients).

oooo that cream cheese dip sounds good!

I do breakfast whenever I eat it, sometimes afternoon!
