Default Great in home gym machine

This is not a promo, I just wanted to let people know about a great in home machine called bio force. I have owned it for 5 days now and am seeing and feeling results. Today I did shoulders and arms and had a great pump afterwards. Wether you just want to tone, or build a little extra muscle and tone up, this machine is great for it. It has a lot of exercises you can do to get a full body workout. resistance is constant unlike the bowflex. Between that and biking or running you can get a great workout. So if your like me and don't have time to drive to the gym, or can't get to a gym, maybe check it out.
