yesterday I did a three mile walk away the pounds with 5 pound weights. I think today I'm going to try to do a taebo cardio or something a little different.

2 mile walk away the pounds with 5 pound weights. I will be glad when I get my new workout dvds and I hope to get some weights for xmas because this is starting to feel like it might be getting to easy.

I did a three mile hike this morning. My heart was beating like crazy and my chest was hurting when I made it back to my car. I think it was more from the cold then anyhting. I'm going to try to get another workout tonight too.

Update: I did tae bo cardio I had forgotten how fast that dvd is. Anyway it was fun but I am glad tomorrow is my day off though I may still go out for a quick hike.

Oh boy I've been horrible about keeping this thing updated. The good news is I excercised everyday right through Xmas as I wanted. I also got new 8 pound weights and boy that really seemed to up the anti.

grrr I have such a hard time remembering to update this. Yesterday I did a 2 mile walk and a 3 mile WATP both with 8 pound weights.

I havent posted in here in a long time but as of today i am back in the real gym. my goal to be sleveless by summer is underway. I dont knwo the name of much of the equipment there but boy are my arms and leggs fatigued. I worked out for an hour and I really pushed myself to lift heavy. I have been eating a bit more then usuall to compensate for the heavy weights but I'm keeping a close eye on the scale. Buffness here I come.

Ok here is the workout give or take that I did Friday and Wenesday:

3 X 10 Dumbbell Concentration Curls
3 X 8 Dumbbell Tricep Curls
2 X 8 Seated Fly
3 X 8 Cable front pull down
3 X 8 Arnold Press

4 X 8 45 degree leg presses (why 4? Because I adore these don’t know why)
3 X8 leg Extensions
3 X 8 Seated Leg Curls

Seated Row = 3 sets of 5 ~ 65 LBS
Butterfly= 3 sets of 5 ~ 35 LBS
Supported Row =1 set of 5 ~ 75 LBS; 2 sets of 5 ~ 65 LBS
Tricep Pressdown = 3 sets of 5 ~ 45LBS
Bench Press = 4 sets of 5 ~ 35 LBS
Cable Bicep Curls = 3 sets of 5 ~ 35 LBS

Wow I was a bit disappointed with the weights I was able to do. I seem to remember being a lot stronger. Of course that was before I allowed myself to get obese over the course of 10 years.
