Question Hi! I am new to this..........

I found this page while looking for receipes that are low carb. I just wanted t introduce myself. I am in Long Island,NY. I have been doing low carb for 3 weeks and have lost 20 pounds. So far it had not been to bad , but sometimes I cannot stop thinking of what I can have next- snack wise, will it get better? I love that my jeans are too big on me, but it is so hard. I go to the gym and would have gone there today, but we just had a blizzard yesterday- the snow was up to my knees! The gym is closed so I will be there tomorrow. Any suggestions on what to eat when u just want a snack? And any supoort would be wonderful. Thanks in advance.

Welcome princess!!!

You have lots of great choices for snacks - cheese, hard boiled eggs, slim jims, cut up veggies, left overs.

I guess today you can get your exercise shovelling snow.

Take care and congrats on 20# gone already.
