Doreen, did you make it or buy it? It reminds me of Ajvar, which I can rarely find... which is probably good, because I could pack away 1/2 jar in one sitting.

I had leftover plain chicken breast, but I made gravy for it - leftover chicken fat, 1/2 small onion, a cup of broth, 1/4 bouillon cube, xanthan gum, and HWC. Gently fried the onions until translucent, then added everything else and cooked it down until fairly thick. I pureed it in the Magic Bullet, then cooked a bit more until thicker. It was awesome; it almost tasted like KFC gravy. It was a little bit gummy and I'll probably skip the xanthan gum next time.

I made a cocoa ganache with sweetener and Truvia sprinkled on top.. turned out pretty good! Decaf/HC.
