Unhappy Fell Hard!!!

Well I am thouroughly disgusted with myself today... I totally fell off the wagon last night and today.... I wouldn't be so worried if it was just last night or even "just" today but I know too well how hard it can be if I cheat for more then one meal. Someone please encourage me and tell me they have done that too but got back on the wagon and travelled the road to success! And to make matters worse, I feel HORRIBLE, bloated, tired, sick, etc. Any advice? Thanks!

Jen

I hear ya! I fell just as hard on Superbowl night...it was insane...I ate everything that wasn't nailed down for about a week! Just yesterday I started STRICT induction and I feel so much better now. You can do it!!!! Just think about how much healthier and great you feel about yourself when you stick to a plan. Start right now....don't wait for another day cause it'll only make it harder and harder the longer you wait!

OK, you fell, but just think, tomarrow is a new day. When you get up start again. Drink tons of water and flush the bloat out. You can do it. Go to this website when you get up and get pumped for the day. Do it every day you struggle. We are all here to support you and we all have hard days of our own. Think thin!!!! You can do it. Think how worth it is.

Default Thanks!

Thank You! This is exactly what I needed.... The weird thing is, just Thur. nite, I was so pumped and so excited about the progress I was FINALLY starting to see. I could "feel" that I was in ketosis and was positive, etc. And then, wham, come Friday AM I had cravings all day and blew it bad today. When I'm on it and doing it strict, I'm fine, totally in control. But the second I cheat, my old eating habits return and I'm on a binge. I know that a "cheat" here and there is NOT an option for me... I'm looking forward to waking up in the morning and starting induction all over. Thanks again for the support you two!! And good luck to you with your continued success!
