Hi! I used to keep all sorts of journals/logs. I just don't have the time anymore! I used to write down what I ate daily at each meal and checked off my recommended water, vitamins and exercise and log it at one of my SS groups I am a member of. I just get very busy in the warmer months and did not have time to keep it up!

I always make sure I get lots of things to make big salads.
I always keep heavy cream, sour cream, cream cheese and cheddar cheese on hand.
I like Allen's canned green beans.
I keep Mayfield ff milk.
I buy Popsicle brand sugar free popsicles.
I also buy LifeSavers sugar free butter toffee.
I buy canned pineapple and peaches in their own juices.
I keep eggs and butter and sausages and bacon.
Really, you'll want to shop the perimeter of the store....Produce, Meats and Dairy. You can venture down the canned veggies aisle and the condiments and cereals aisles.
I love Meixcan so I keep things to make taco salads on hand.
I also keep hot dogs! They are quick and easy if you're starving and in a rush. Sliced cheese works well too!
Good luck!
