Unhappy I failed

I have failed , It started out at a benefit I helped put on I got so stressed I grabbed a candy bar. Than I eat a pork roast sandwich. I wasnt feeling well all weekend. Than at work I started craving sugar and I was carbin so bad I grabbed a snicker bar and ate that. I gained a lb because of all this and I feel so weak because I gave into these cravings. I know I need to get back on track but it is harder now than before. I feel awful

I always find weekends alot more difficult for me, and I've encountered a few cheats. Do what you can. I figure if I'm eating all week cheat free and then on the weekend I slip up a bit, at least I ate 5 days more healthy than I did before.

Pull yourself back up, dust yourself off, and begin again. Today is a new day. YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Have you stocked up your fridge with any "treats" such as Freezies with splenda, diet rootbeer with cream for a "float", Ross Chocolates for that chocolate craving... ? I always have a few of those items on hand when I feel myself about to let go.

Default Hey, it's ok!

Dakotagirl,

Hey, don't get so down on yourself sweetie, it's not the end of the world!!!! We all have days or weeks like this and all you have to do is get back on track. It could take a few days but you can do it. Just remember how you feel when you eat the icky foods, and how well you have done so far. I have been doing the low carb thing for a couple of months now and am going to try Somersizing after my surgery tomorrow. How do you like Somersizing? I am excited to try this WOE. Well, good luck to you and keep your chin up.

Kellie
