Today's Workout:
- Started learning Bikram yoga poses (without heat) with my personal trainer, Aman. I'm trying to prep to attend an actual class because the first time I attended a Moksha yoga class (a similar yoga style to Bikram), I was completely unprepared and VERY embarassed at my lack of flexibility, balance, and endurance!
The Bikram poses are tough and I do have to modfiy some, so I'm so glad to have Aman help me modify (in addition to being a P.T. she is also a certified yoga teacher - which is why I originally picked her). I can't even imagine doing these asanas (yoga postures) in 105F degree heat, but I'm excited to get there!
