Hey - Can I get your opinion on Insanity. I have done P90X several years ago (5 or so) and had good results. But then i had my daughter and got fatter and more out of shape and am just doing basic stuff to try and build up my fitness.

I have Insanity (bought it like a year ago and was too scared to even try it). I know what their programs are like, HARD. So anyway do you think I should try it and just do what I can? Or continue with what I am doing until I build up a little more. Here's where I am now.

I do 30 mins at a moderate level and pace on an exercise bike 4 to 5 times a week, BW resistance and dumbells usually 2 or 3 times a week.

Thanks in advance!! Glad I saw you on here doing Insanity. I know it is a great program.

I suggest do the fitness test and see if you can survive that.
Then from there do a video every other day.

Today is supposed to be Day 4
but my legs are just sooooo tired from the previous days so I'm taking a break. I thought I didn't do too well but decent enough on the fit test. But I dont have the endurance to do it six days a week.

INSANITY Plyometric Cardio Circuit
~40min High Intensity Cardio

So energized after recovering from my workout
I went and walked for 4KM
I could have jogged but I'm saving my calf muscles for tomorrow's INSANITY workout.

I was 5mins into Insanity Cardio power and my legs were just sore
I dont think they would have lasted to the end
If I would have made it through, it would have been a half assed effort.
