Default Yummy Cole Slaw

I made barbecue yesterday and really wanted some creamy coleslaw so I adapted an old recipe and it is SO good. This is a sweeter very creamy coleslaw, more similar to KFC.

Use 1 package of Coleslaw mix (the kind with only green cabbage, has 6 cups per bag)
A few tablespoons onion, chopped very small (I use red onion for color and flavor, I use about 1/2 a small onion)
Add above 2 items to large bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper (about 1/2 tsp salt and several turns of a pepper grinder)

In a separate bowl, combine the following:
1/4-1/3 cup splenda
1/4-1/3 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup mayo (I use Duke's)
1/4 cup sour cream
1.5 tsp apple cider vinegar
1.5 tsp lemon juice

Mix well and pour over cabbage/onion mix, Refrigerate overnight (or for a few hours, of course the longer it sits the better it gets, it has a milder flavor after a few hours). It will get creamier overnight.

The quantities you use will depend on how sweet and creamy you like it, and how many carbs you want to use. The entire recipe has about 31-32 net carbs. I usually have about 1/2 cup as a serving, which is about 2 and some change carbs. This is wonderful with pork barbecue, hot dogs, hamburgers, etc. We are having this today with deviled eggs and steaks, yum!!
