Thumbs down Kellogg's diet?

Not sure if anyone has seen this or not, but I can't believe they are saying to do this. Like American's aren't eating enough of this garbage? Basically it comes down to eating TWO (2) bowls of cereal a day. You replace a healthy meal lunch or dinner with a bowl of processed foods. Unbelievable. I just saw the ad on TV and went to their web page...sure enough.

Lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks.

Eat a serving of Kellogg'sŪ Special KŪ or Kellogg'sŪ Smart StartŪ cereal for breakfast with 2/3 cup of skim milk and fruit.

Replace either lunch or dinner with the cereal meal.

Eat fresh fruit or vegetables for snacks and consume
beverages as you normally do.

Your third meal can be eaten as you normally would.

How terrifying, and what a good way to boost sales. All pudges out from Christmas? How about STARVING YOURSELF!

Oh well, we have steak for breakfast. Why not have a bowl of not-so-Special-K for dinner!
