Default Basic Muffin mix...

Heres a really nice muffin mix I use:

Basic Muffins!

1cup Almond Meal (Can sub with hazelnut meal)
1 egg beaten
1tsp bking powder
2 tsp of sweetner
1tsp of vanilla extract
2tblsp of HEAVY cream

Preheat Oven ..

Mix dry ingrediants... Blend in egg and wet ingrediants. (you may have to add a touch of water to make enough to fill 12 mini muffin tins) MAKE SURE YOU BUTTER THOSE TINS! Bake at 180 till golden brown.

You can also add pending on what phase you are on: bacon, Cheese, Herbs, Berries, Low carb chocolate

Protein count per bath 30g
Carb count less then a cup!

I'm making them right now and I fried some bacon and added a little oil from the pan. I'll let you know how they turn out.
