Default New one day low

Yay! My first "viewing" of a 178+! My weight this morning is 178.9, and no, I hadn't slept in!

My cm breakfast today: 1/2 small homegrown bell pepper, 2 homegrown cherry tomatoes, 1-5th street grill turkey sausage, 1 Galbani fresh mozzarella stick, 1 oz. half and half in my coffee.

Lunch cm will probably be under 2 oz. chicken breast (raw wt) with miracle noodles, 1/2 homegrown poblano, a wedge of laughing cow spicy jack cheese, and 2 cherry tomatoes (can you tell we have massive amounts of cherry tomatoes and I'm trying not to have any go to waste? LOL).

rm plan: salad, baked chicken breast, kohlrabi spiral noodles (need to use my spiralizer!), a serving blueberry-pear clafouti (made this yesterday), and if as low as I think on calories for the day, add cheese to the salad and maybe a tiny ciabatta roll (70 calories...just to show you how tiny..lol).

hi-
the party was great. I had lots of fun, 1/2 beer, chicken wings and a burger with no bun and lots of water. I don't like birthday cake so not having more than a bite was easy. People stayed late so I'm still cleaning up- but with a big smile on my face!
Really glad to celebrate.

Next week- eating leftovers tonight and tomorrow. Then we will see....eating out of the freezer for a while I think. I have some beef stew meat that I need to use, and I'd like to finish up that cod.
later-

Hello all!
It's been a while! Lol! I've just been doing my own thing for the past few months. Haven't gained, haven't lost any either. I'm ready to get back on the bandwagon (again!).
Pat, I can't believe how much you've lost since the last time I've logged on. I remember when you were hoovering close to my current weight and now you have surpassed me by a long shot! Wow! Truly impressed!!!! WTG!
I have lots to catch up on so I'm off to read old posts.
Hope everyone is doing well!

My weight this morning was 179.9 - my 3rd sub-180 since Tuesday. Makes me happy, it's time for me to be in the 170s.

Just got home from a 3 mile hike to a wonderful viewpoint of Mt. Rainier -1.5 miles that had a 900 foot increase in elevation, and then 1.5 miles back down.
I did great, but my new hiking boots killed my big toe on one foot on the way back down. I think next hike needs to be on a boardwalk..lol.

Hoping I got some good shots - the birds were pretty elusive, so my hopes are pinned on some of the lingering wildflowers, many puffballs and fungi that I saw, and some bees taking advantage of those last blossums.

RM planned - big salad, baked chicken breast, not sure what yet for cm veggie. I think both some blueberry-pear clafouti and another small carb.

hi-
welcome back, Blenders!

Sounds like an incredible hike, Pat. NEW BOOTS!! Much better to have new hiking boots than a new cane! YOU ARE AMAZING!!

We had leftovers last night- salad, slaw, fruit, wings. DH added in beer and pasta salad and cookies.

I'm going to have a burger tonight with lots of onions!

Default Finally met another mini-goal!

My new weight by average is 179.84 (weight this morning is 179.7), so I've met my mini-goal of being 180.0

It feels beyond strange to only have one more mini-goal of 166, then my original goal of 150, with my more accurate/final goal being 140, left.

I'm going to be done! LOL...well, on to that next phase of my life.

hi-
Pat, that is AMAZING!

Today is leftovers from Saturday but I think that's it for me.
Salad, slaw, pasta salad, burgers, onions, water.
DH will add on a bun, beer, dessert. I may have some fruit but it may not be any good now.
Everything else is either gone or in the freezer.

Feeling good-

New one day low this morning of 178.5. I am especially pleased at this, because I had rm out last night. Yesterday's meals were:
am cm: 1 turkey sausage, 1/2 small homegrown green bell pepper, 2 cherry tomatoes. 1 oz. half and half.

lunch cm: 1 fresh mozzarella stick, 1 pkg (2 servings) Tasty Bite Kashmir Spinach.

dinner rm out:
5 oz. chicken breast - skinless, grilled, in a sandwich with grilled green chiles, slice red onion, slice red tomato, lettuce, bit of chipotle aioli, on a spent grain bun. My side was a side salad with ranch dressing on the side. 2 oz. half and half, and in the car, I had a Kind nut and seed dipped in dark chocolate bar. This is a lot of carbs for me but my overall calories for the day were so low, I decided to eat a brought dessert - the Kind bar. (I know cad/calp is not about calories, but MY plan includes a daily calorie limit to help me with portion control).

Today's breakfast cm: 2 eggs over easy cooked in 1/2 tsp. butter, 1/2 small homegrown poblano pepper, 1 wedge Laughing Cow Spicy Jack cheese, 2 homegrown cherry tomatoes. 1 oz. half and half.

Have a great day folks!

Default 2nd new one day low in a row

Only because my husband let me sleep late, but this morning my weight is 178.4.

cm breakfast today: 1 tiny poblano pepper stuffed with 1 wedge of Laughing Cow spicy jack cheese. 1 turkey sausage. 2 homegrown cherry tomatoes. 1 oz. half and half.

lunch cm will be: 4.6 oz (raw wt) baked boneless, skinless chicken breast with a favorite sugar/salt free seasoning blend. 1 stalk celery, 1/4 cup cucumber with 1.5 tsp. Newman's Own Olive oil and vinegar dressing.

rm dinner: big salad of romaine, spinach, celery, scallion, 2 cherry tomatoes, my favorite dressing of late - Litehouse Jalapeno Ranch, 8 oz. (raw wt.) boneless, skinless chicken breast, 1 Top Pot doughnut (will spare description so as not to set anyone off) that husband surprised me with last night (he was out and about with a boss near one of their stores. This is one of the top doughnut shops in the US. What can I say, still love doughnuts, and I occasionally work them in to a rm.)

Need to get on the exercise bike today. Came to the hard decision that I have to return the new hiking boots - my ankles are still sore (and one slightly bruised), 1 toenail has blood under the nail and the big toenail on that foot is still sore. That's not just breaking them in! That's too small!

We'll do that a swop for a larger size before our next hike.

hi-

yes, those boots sound too small. Hopefully you got them someplace like REI so you can return for any reason.

I made a great beef stew thing with a tiny can of chipotle in adobo and beer. YUM. Only veggies were mushrooms, peppers and onions in that order. ANd a can of tomato puree.

That was RM the last two nights- with a piece of sourdough bread as my carb and a green salad.

Next week I will not be cooking- getting kitchen painted. So MCDonalds for breakfast- side of eggs and coffee,
salad with chicken for lunch, whatever for RM dinner. One night we will go to a friends house, another will be Moes.

Later-
E

Matched my most recent one day low this morning - 178.4, nice to see after seeing a 179.4 once this past week, which made me nervous

I lost 1.05 pounds this past week. Just 3/4 of a pound away from being able to say I've lost 190 pounds!! Under 39 pounds to goal

AWESOME PAT!

Well, I had breakfast home today and will tomorrow too- then they paint. Lunch will be a chicken salad at the mall, and dinner will be a cooked chicken breast, salad, whatever veggie I feel like getting and maybe a roll for carb. I think I will get it now and just heat it up later. I can still do that tonight.

enjoying great fall weather-
