Ok well I am not a complete success yet but I must say after looking at some before photo's I have reached a huge milestone. I started dieting in January with the regular foods in moderation, but nothing was really happening so I went back to good old faithful low carbing in March and the pounds just started coming off I started at 305 pounds and I now an 252 I know I have a long way to go still but I have also come a long way which I am pretty proud of. Instead of typing the whole story out right now because I am saving that for when I lose all the weight that I need to. I have created a Blog that also has some before and after photo's, so if anyone is interested in seeing it you may click on the following link.

You look fabulous! I see a huge difference in your appearance. Keep up the great work. You are an inspiration. I am only trying to get off 20 lb. and had fallen off plan, so I am starting again and your success lets me know it can be done!

Thank You all for your responds, Those photo's were of me trying on bridesmaids dresses for my friends wedding in November, I fit into a size 22 (in January I could only fit into a 28) of the dress that I am getting. However I am going to order a size 18 because I know that I should fit into that size by then and that will give me motivation to keep going. Hopefully I will have to get it taken in

Great job that inspires me at 53 lbs I would be below my goal but im struggling to keep off 10! Could you give me an example of your menu when the weight was coming off the best? Did you eat any sugar alcohols? Did you have any stalls during this time? If so,why? thank you
