I was just calling myself to account for the year 2002. I like to see if I have accomplished what I aspired to a year ago.

And in the weight loss department I have dropped 69.4 pounds in 2002.

When I look at my body it's pretty hard to tell that I have lost that much weight so I can get discouraged at times. But numbers don't lie! And I feel pretty darn good about the 69.4#.

Now for the next 80#!!!!
Look out FAT you are in for a major upset in 2003!
