For 2nd lap, I did intervals walking for 1 minute and then running as fast as I could for 30 seconds. This was repeated for 30 minutes, then cooled down by walking and stretching for 10 minutes every part of my body...lol.
Jogged 2.8 miles this morning. I was faster than the first day, yay!
Light Day today. Thinking I will push really hard for a few days and pull back a little for one day, then drill in another few days...
