Hi all;

I still check in from time to time, but have been very busy. Had to reformat my hard drive and reinstall WinXP and all my programs.

Also trying to get some photo albums done up on ImageStation as well as copying all my music to my HD so I can make some CD compilations. Got a new embroidery sewing machine on layaway (which I hope to get by the beginning of July) so once I get that, I probably won't get much else done. (Anyone know a good cleaning lady?)

I am subscribed to this thread though, so I check it out any time someone makes a post.

Hi all. I love this thread. I am in Summerland and this is my first post. I have been low carbing for years and maintained a 50 pound weight loss until about 10 months ago...lifestyle change. I gained weight and started low carbing again in Feb but fell off so now I am starting again. Where is Guisachan Village? I would like to stop in there tomorrow if possible to get a few supplies to facilitate my induction. Thanks in advance.

Guisachan Village is on Gordon Drive at Guisachan Dr. (Ave?) Low Carb LIfestyles Market is in the breezeway that separates two sections of the shopping centre and faces Gordon Dr. Look for the turquoise rooftops.
