I was craving cream of chicken soup, randomly, while I was at work. I had cream cheese on hand for celery sticks and a packet of chicken boullion, and I got this brainstorm: cream cheese boullion! I just made the boullion and added about a tablespoon of cream cheese, then stirred it all up until the cream cheese was pretty much mixed in. It is SO GOOD! Hot and filling and creamy. And it doesn't even look weird to other people while you eat it, like gnawing on a pepperoni stick can :->
