Sadly to say, I haven't done any Turbojam in a long time! Maybe I'll try it in the morning for something different.

The last 2 days I have spent doing yard work. Yesterday: 3 hours of cutting back the invasive plant that is threatening to take over my yard.

Today: more cutting of the weed...2 hours

Last night I was so sore that I was walking with a limp. I'm sore today too, but I can walk.

walking....2/3 mile and then a few extra blocks because I got off the bus early. I went to do hand weights this morning, and I can't find them???

walked 2 miles(More because of running some distance to catch a less crouded bus...maybe an additional 10 blocks).

20 minutes turbo jam

strecthing because my back is hurting. I will try to get an appt with the chiro tomorrow.

ran to the bus this morning(further stop) and walked to work.

apt with chiro went well, but I'm still sore and my leg is acting up again.
