Brandy-- I use iodized salt to support my thyroid and (try to ) use mindful meditation and that has helped lower my cortisol.
I just had several sleepless nites over Harvard Pilgrim NOT covering my sons PT. Sent me wonky. Emotionally physically. Our kids take a lot out of us.
There is a program that is every other day: 3 meals, 1 meal, 3 meals, one meal. So you can get your quality food.
