Default What do you have for breakfast?

What do you have for breakfast and is this your own choice or dictated by the plan you follow?

Personally, I have fruit for breakfast. This is not dictated by the plan I follow. I first encountered it in 'Fit for Life'. Sometimes, usually at weeeknds, I revert to a protein breakfast of the bacon and eggs type.

Maybe I do not understand the question properly, but is there a difference? I mean, we chose our plan, right?

EDIT: Forget that. I forgot I was in the "Food Combining" corner. Now the question makes a bit more sense.

It was hard for me to answer because I vary so much. Sometimes I will have starchy breakfast like oatmeal and sometimes I will have eggs........... sometimes only fruit (though lately it's bee more than just fruit). But if I had to pick one, it would have to be starch as of lately.

I like to have fruit, I feel good after fruit. Occasionally I will have bacon and eggs though. Often wonder why afterwards though...

Since I last said what I have for breakfast (Feb 2010) I have changed it a bit. I often have a sharp creamy cheese, sliced tomato and some luncheon-type meat. I really enjoy it, and never regret having it whereas a fry up STILL often leaves me wondering why I had it, and as a consequence, I rarely bother.

Sometimes I have yoghurt with a blob of diabetic jam.

I wish I could change my vote from 'Fruit' (I was (Food Combining then), to Protein now (Low Carbing now).
