Talking me too

Hi Mystery 2u and everyone, I agree with everything you guys have said. At work the guys always tell me I look good regardless of what I weight. The are a sweet bunch.

Fear of failure is a major problem. They say that Jackie Gleason had huge closets , 1 closet for each of 4 sizes!

Today I went through my closet and took out every single thing that is even a little bit big. Going to drop it in the Goodwill box tomorrow morning.

no going back

I bought new pants and matching silk jacket last week. Perfect fit. Makes me very nervous. Will it look nice? My old stuff is comfortable and the folks at work are used to it, but I have tons of clothes that are too small.

Eventually, the old smaller things will fit and I won't have to buy new stuff!!

Good luck all, HL

HL I did the same thing and chucked out the fat clothes when I dhit the 50 pound mark. In all my previous weight loss attempts, I had never done that before, but for some reason, it just felt right this time.
Now all of my tops have a hint of spandex, I wear belts and I have banned elastic waist pants from my wardrobe. Thank God I never bought a swimsuit with a little skirt attatched.

I feel liberated. This weekend I went through my closet and found all 24/22/20 and tossed them aside. I didn't give them away yet, but I did put them aside.

I am now an offical size 18 in every way. I have one pair of 16 that I can fit (jeans). But, I am declaring a size 18, 18, 18. Whoopie!!!

12-15 more lbs to go and I'll be well on my way to a 16.

Question yaaah

Good for you Puggy, my new suit is a 16 too!! Can't believe it fits so well. Mystery 2u, you are absolutely, definately a size 18!!

Walk over to those 20's, bag em'up. There is someone who needs them but it's not you anymore. Congratulations, you've come a long way. Don't buy too many 18's cause I bet you'll need 16's this summer.

Did someone mention bathingsuit?

Boy, I used to live in a bathingsuit all summer. Haven't put one on for five years. No way am I ready for that yet. HaHa.

HL
