A good day. 16.5 net carbs, mostly veggies, not feeling as hungry now. Water on track at about 80 oz by bedtime. Scale is up but pants are looser and I know I have not strayed so not worried.
Another solid day. About 17 net carbs, almost all from veggies. Made some good veggie choices today and didn't have any cheese and didn't miss it. Will lift weights (arms and shoulder work) tonight and will get in about 80+ oz of water.
Sinus problems and a headache --- not sure if it is Induction/Candida die off lingering or just a sinus headache. It isn't enough to mess up my day so I am dealing with it. Walked a mile and a half this morning. Want to start making this regular.
A good day. Walked 1.5 miles, did fall cleaning for 2 hours, and lifted weights (shoulders/biceps and triceps). Net gr carbs was 16. Totally clean day -- no cheese, no processed dressings, just EVOO proteins and veggies.
