Default CKD: Results after 6 weeks

I thought I'd post a progress update to let people know how the CKD is working for me. I seem to be good at gaining muscle, lousy at losing fat if I try to do it at the same time. I don't have photos, but I have lots of stats! As for that muscle loss down there, I think I need to be better about getting my protein eaten on time. I forget to eat a lot between noon and 5:00...

Results after 6 weeks of CKD
The Scale
Scale Weight = - 6 lbs.
LBM = - 1.3 lbs
Fat = - 4.7 lbs
Body Fat % = - 1.67%

The Measuring Tape - inches lost
Bust: - 1.25
Waist: - 1.25
Tummy (iliac): - 1 3/8
Hips: - 1.75
Thighs: R - 1, L - 7/8
Calves: R - 5/8, L - .75
Arms: R & L biceps - .25 each, R forearm - .25

I am hoping to be able to make it 6 more weeks on this CKD. I know it's longer than the usual cycle, but I finished the 12 week Body for Life challenge just before I started CKD and I want to compare the results over the same time period. Of course, if I just can't drag my sorry ~$$ out bed one more time for cardio I'll know it's time to quit!

Dani-
I think they are great results. I love the lost inches and pounds! I hear ya on the AM cardio. Now that I have no job, I have no more excuses about AM cardio--- I can actually do it at 8 am.... that's so much better than 6.

I'll be interested in seeing the 12 week results.
