I am sorry to hear that, Jandy01. Though you are hardly alone.

I know I had to use different low carb plans, get sick, find out how I affects being sick, and endlessly revamp and adjust.

But it is worth it. I think that's where the three minutes of fun always gets repeated, and leads to regrets.

Now the thing you must decide is not "what I wouldn't give" but what I wouldn't GIVE UP.

That's a very difficult decision to sustain.
