I'm desperate
I've always lost a lot of hair even way before I started LCing but lately it seems to have gotten worse. I read in this forum that taking Biotin supplements help hair loss. I finished a whole bottle but still, I'm losing way too much hair.

Does anyone else suffer from excess hair loss?
Are there any particular foods or other vitamins that helps retain hair you have? I'm taking extra calcium and trying to eat more protein because I heard that helps strengthen your hair.
I want to have lustrous full bodied hair, please help
