Didn't even notice that you have a gym long until tonight!!

It looks really great! Sounds like you've got everything really organized.

I got that nice BFL "official" journal and I still don't pencil in my work-outs until about 2 minutes before I do them. I'm so horrible at keeping any type of record.

I was shocked to read that you pay $80 a month for a gym! I hope it's a really nice gym!

You must be kicking some ass on that elliptical machine! I think the most calories I've done is 300, and that way way out of my heart-rate zone. Great for you!

Keep up the great work!...all of this hard work is going to pay off big time in shorts season.

Made it through my workouts, plus yoga on friday AND sunday Not so good on the food front... Hope to get back on track this week.
