Welcome PepperCat

Since you should decide on a plan and read some basics about how to reverse diabetes, start on the Diabetes Sub-forum and read some of the popular threads. https://forum.lowcarber.org/forumdisplay.php?f=45

This article is a great overview. https://www.dietdoctor.com/diabetes. This 18 minute TedTalk: https://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=467426 (almost 5 million views) and my doctor's presentation give good overviews by video: https://www.dietdoctor.com/lchf-dia...dr-eric-westman

Start there, and ask questions on the Diabetes forum. there are only slight variations in the plans used to reverse diabetes. We can help you choose a plan.

All the best,

Be sure to stay in touch with your health care provider. LC can have a quick and beneficial effect on Type 2 which can change your need for meds, if any. You'll find plenty of good research on this site, and helpful conversation.
