Default Are you in ketosis during Monday's lifting?

Hey everyone ... this forum is really helpful ... i have done low-carb diets and they have been veru successful for me, but this year i started weight training and was not able to do so on low carbs. I think the CKD is what I needed! I am about to start a training program again, and this time I want to try CKD.

Is the body in ketosis during Monday night's lifting? I at first thought the answer is no, but I am a little confused after reading a bit more. Also, I have heel spurs and can't do much with my feet right now. do you have any suggestions, besides swimming, on good cardio work I can perform as an alternative? How do you feel about rowing?

thanks!

trey

Default ...

I can generally get into ketosis for Monday's weights if I do morning cardio on Monday AM.

As for cardio, rowing is killer! Intense! Our gym has a Concept II rower that I give the evil-eye to as I walk past it. LOL.

Swimming is also good, but the rower would be my first choice.
