Did you know that you can read quite a few of the chapters online? Go to the Dr. Bernstein site at the address I gave you before, and click on "Read it Online."
At least it will give you a good idea of the book and then you can get the whole book from the library.

I miss my pasta too... but I decided that I would miss having my feet even more.

I choose to suffer through not eating pasta and bread... but eat lobster and filet mignon instead.

I agree, we must sacrafice in order to survive. Doesn't make it any easier, sometimes I get the "Why Me" pity party going, sometimes it is really hard, but I have to remember, things could be worse, so no pasta!!

SugarPie, AGREE! I have a lot of pity parties -- But as Jim said I would miss my feet more ( than the pasta ) Pizza, Pasta, Potato chips ( I have a problem with the P words! Beckie
