Liver and cheese and an awesome drink - coconut cream, collagen, green powder, salt, mint, coffee, and ice. Breakfast is usually my biggest meal of the day!
I am back to Somersize basics and a refreshing change. Today is a fruit and carbos breakfast: an orange, wait 20 min, then a bowl of brown rice/quinoa w/Creole seasoning and pepper (I tossed the spice packet), hot Ginseng/Lemon Green Tea.
In 3 hours I'll switch to LC for the rest of the day.
