I've become a brunch person thanks to IF. Today, my plan is ground pork with keto Carolina BBQ sauce (from Primal Kitchen), topped with broccoli slaw.

This takes care of any pulled pork sandwich cravings The first time I made it I ate the whole pound of pork!

IF: cook once, eat once, a day.

If your first meal of the day breaks your fast wouldn't it be breakfast no matter what time of day it is? I need to start working more IFs into my routine. Currently I'm eating 2 meals on weekdays - 7am & 6pm.

This morning: 2 eggs scrambled with cubed ham and a little cheddar, a chunk of brie, one sausage link, an ounce of chicken liver and coffee with HWC. Supplements: Magnesium, vitamins C, D3, K2 (mk-7 & mk-4), aged garlic, ACV, fish oil, and 1 tbsp. psyillium powder (fiber) in water.
