Default "bread and baked goods" section

Hi all,

I was wondering why there isn't a "recipes during induction" thread for the "bread & baked goods section? Is there not a single recipe that is acceptable in this section? Say it ain't so...

Revolution rolls and one minute muffins are ok for induction.

I think there is a recipe for flax muffins that is induction friendly.

That said, I think the idea of induction is that you are supposed to try to break those old addictions, not just substitute similar but lower carb items. Most here say they do better learning to eat different foods, rather than trying to find "legal" substitutes. Baked goods will always be dangerous to me, because I do not find they really do well replacing my old favorites, and make me crave the real thing.

Just my experience.

Just check the ingredients of any recipe that takes your fancy against the allowed foods list for induction and you will be able to tell if it is 'legal'.

Because creating a "Recipes Suitable for Induction" thread takes hours and hours of work, and as far as I can see there will be no more than the 2 or 3 recipes mentioned above that would be suitable.

Of course, anyone else is welcome to create such a thread. I'd be very happy to "stick" it to the top once it's done.
