Also Dr Hallberg is offering a program for Teens.

The next session of our weight loss program for teens will begin on September 13th, 2017.
The program is structured similar to our adult program, with a focus on education in small groups.
Tamara Hazbun, MD and Amanda Dehne, NP, will teach our teens how to eat low carb high fat in order to lose weight and feel healthy and energetic. Please call our office at IU Health for more information.765-838-7226
