Default From 395 to 351 in just 7 weeks! Low Carb Success!!

We are doing the Atkins diet and feel great! Having a life long plan is key for us, and while this journey is only about 1/3 of the way done, I’m motivated as ever to be a new me! My wife is down almost 20 in the same timeframe. Team support!

Great progress! The longer you stick with it the better it sticks. At one point early on I remember mulling over how I might work some pizza or pasta back into my diet after losing the weight. After 6 months I lost interest. Now I wouldn't dream of eating that junk. LCHF for 5.5 years now. I'm healthy again and I love the food that I eat. No going back!
