Extract/flavour, sweetener and water.

Extract to taste, sweetener in equivalent-sugar-sweetness to amount of DaVinci specified (e.g., if 1/4 Cup / 4 Tbsp of Davinci is called for, use same amount plus 1/3rd in sugar sweetness, or 4 Tbsp plus 4 Tsp sweetness), and water to make up the volume of 1/4 Cup.

I'm sorry Maree I really do not know. It was around the new years holidays when I made them last and with company being around they didn't last long enough for that to be a concern.

Like most baked goods, they can be readily frozen.
