So…now that we have our own room I would be very interested to know if any of you ladies had a complete Hysterectomy and what type of HRT are you on?
Low Carbing is still the only way to go. I was told that I have to reduce my fat intake to counteract the effect of HRT.
I have change to Estrogel these last few months and since I am staying a safe distance from Soya , I was just told of something called Promensil and Newphase.
Anyone is having a slow time loosing with HRT ?
