Default 11 days :)

So, today marks my 11th day on LC! Im proud of my self for sticking to my guns , and I plan on continuing forever! I love it! So far I'm down 10 lbs which I'm sure is mostly water weight but I'm fine with that! I haven't lost any weight in about 4 days! Actually, I gained 2 lbs for reason I can't recall. But I lost them again and I didn't get discouraged!! I just paid better attention to what I was eating and really worked my butt off at the gym! I can't wait for my 1 month, 2 month, 3 month... etc! I've only had one problem since starting, constipation, which I been dealing with for the past few days. I'm hoping it clears it self up with a little extra fiber, some coffee ( which always does the trick usually), and TONS of water!

Congrats! It sounds like you are off to a great start. I'm on day 12 so it sounds like we started at about the same time. It's nice to see the scale move huh?
