Question Do i need to lose weight o just mantain????

hiii....... im a teen too sorry i use that much smilies but i just love themmmm
im 14 and live in south America, Colombia.

i was just wondering .....
acording to some tests
im big boned.... but im not quite sure if i should lose some weight or just should make exercise.

maybe this can be more helpful just in case you want to givem e some advice:
im 5´7´ or 1,70 m
chest 92 cm
waist 79 cm
hip 104 cm each leg is 60 cm


please hellp me out i really need some support.....

at your weight and height i should suggest that you be looking more at toning through exercise (especially resistance training). at the end of the day its down to how you feel and if your body is happy with ur weight then it will stop losing. hope that helps
