I read all the postings and what people say, I know this time of year can be a real struggle. I understand how eating something off plan leads to eating something else off plan. My words of wisdom from being there done that, is don’t let yourself get too hungry.
I used to think if I’m not eating in the morning and at lunchtime then I’m losing weight, then I would end up binging at night. Oh my plan I have a bullet proof coffee in the morning. 16 ounces of coffee eight regular eight decaf, a tablespoon of coffee cream, and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. This keeps me very full. In fact I’m not normally hungry until one or 2 o’clock in the afternoon. I will eat lunch, and if I’m hungry for a second meal I will often eat it within a 2 to 3 hour window from my first meal. In the evening I can have a single bullet proof coffee or as of late I’ve been having spinach greens with Caesar salad dressing. For me the key was never getting over hungry thinking I was losing weight and then bingeing. I hope me putting this information here is helpful in someway to at least one of you. The struggle is real, and I understand completely.
